Happy Easter. Here comes the Easter Bunny with your Brand New Vagabond!

I had lots of fun time with the Grungy Monday 4 challenge.  Check out the video here.  I broke out my 2 texture fades and I tried out a lot of different color combination.  I picked my favorite as background (DI with antique linen, tea dye and vintage photo then embossed with sepia archival ink).  Some of the remaining trials become the flower.  I used some of your usual Tim adornments and matted with an inked and stamped bit of card stock.  Plus there are a few extra bits from my stash.

And since I did not use any power tools I think I will get a twofer with this tag and enter in the Drunken Stamper's Challenge. And as an extra bonus I get the trifecta with Simon Says Stamps, Tim Holtz Challenge.  WOOHOO!

Update:  And now, thanks to my new friend Terry, I am also entered here!

  1. WOW! My eyes are popping at the brilliant triplet you've pulled off!

But that might also be because your creation is outstanding! OUTstanding!

I love the vintage image with the colors and texture and text bits and, oy, the flower! Your flower is perfection!

  3. New to crafting? Can't be so! Your card is STUNNING. I wish my 'flops' turned out as gorgeous as your flowers. I always look forward to your artwork. Keep it up. As for 'must haves'. Lot of paper, Stazon Black stamp pad, GOOD scissors, Tonic is a great brand. I am horrible - I collect, and then use. If you have the willpower - order a few items and really use them and get to know what you like. You wont' over-buy as much :-) But - it sure is fun.
